We use our own materials Sterling Silver which does not tarnish, is non allergic and has a unique white gold finish; and 18ct gold which is a top gold alternative out there. Handcrafted to Order check current ETA here. All pieces are also a solid, strong and thick 1.2mm.

Simply use a damp cloth and wipe off any kind of residue or dirt that is on the jewelry. If there are any more stubborn problems, you can use a very light cleaning detergent to remove these issues.
